Martin Diessner
Martin Diessner has more than 10 year’s marketing experience, having worked for international corporations including DaimlerChrysler and adidas-Salomon AG. Prior to establishing Flip Media, he was CRM and Strategic Director of Business Development for one of the world’s largest advertising networks, BBDO. A graduate in International Finance and Marketing, Diessner also holds an MBA in Information Systems Technology. Martin is also on the board of directors of Flip Holdings Ltd.

Dinesh Lalvani
Dinesh graduated from Long Island’s Hofstra University, achieving a BA in International Business and had previously set up one of the first purely online software houses in India. As Managing Director of Activ8 Technologies, he led a team of 120 people and invented Intraflow CMS, a content management system that backed up news and sports Internet portals in India. In 2000, Dinesh moved to Dubai where he joined BBDO as Associated Creative Director for 2 years. Using the experience that he garnered in technology and design and with his background in fashion, print advertising and the web, establishing Flip Media was the natural next step. Dinesh is also on the board of directors of Flip Holdings Ltd.

Klaus Lovgreen
Klaus Lovgreen was born and educated in Europe and moved to the United Arab Emirates in 1992. In 1996 he initiated AME Info with a view to enhance communication for business news in the region. Under his leadership, AME Info became the leading provider of business and technology information in and about the Middle East region. Klaus acts as technical advisor and does not posess any shares in Flip Holding or is involved financially.

Prof. Dr. Kai Wellner
After financial training at a blue chip German bank and studying Business at the University Erlangen-Nürnberg (Germany) and the Aston Business School in Birmingham (England), Kai Wellner specialized in international management, finance and controlling. Wellner has over 10 years international work experience for major trading companies, such as Tengelmann, adidas-Salomon AG and Quelle/Neckermann AG, where he was responsible for strategic planning, corporate controlling, diverse int. M&A projects, international marketing coordination and international growth strategies. Wellner holds a PhD in the field of market oriented shareholder value management and currently lectures at the University of Augsburg, Germany. Kai acts as financial advisor and does not posess any shares in Flip Holding or is involved financially.

David Sheridan
David, an experienced international advertising and media professional, began his career in advertising sales in London. After two years he jumped the fence and began a ten year career in the media specialist side of the advertising industry rising to International Media Director at Optimedia. In 1997 he joined BAT’s senior management team as Global Media Manager. The demise of tobacco advertising heralded a move to Dubai when, in January 2001, David joined the management team at Showtime, the Middle East’s leading pay TV service as VP Ad Sales and Sponsorship. In January 2004 David returned to the agency fold when he joined MindShare in Dubai as Regional Director. He is a past Chairman of the IAA Associates, UK Chapter. He is married with two young children. David acts as strategic advisor and does not posess any shares in Flip Holding or is involved financially.
