Flip Media Bahrain

Flip Media Bahrain was setup in 2006 and operates as a sales and marketing office for Flip Media FZ-LLC (Dubai) servicing clients and agencies in Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. 100% of the company is owned by Flip Media FZ-LLC and it is registered as a foreign branch of its holding company. Currently, Flip Media Bahrain employees a staff of 3 concentrating on sales and account management of local clients only. All creative and technical production is being handled by Flip Media FZ-LLC in Dubai.
Flip Media Qatar

Flip Media Qatar was setup in 2007 and is currently in the process to get established in the Qatar Science and Technology Park. Focusing on technology development on Content Management Software (Chameleon) with the creation of Arabic CMS and search products, Flip Qatar plays a vital role as a technology hub for the group company. 100% of the company is owned by Flip Media FZ-LLC and it is registered as a foreign branch of its holding company. Currently, Flip Media Qatar employees a staff of 2 in the rather small local market. Once incubated in QSTP, the development team will be enhanced with Arabic speaking PHP developers and mathematicians.
Flip Media South Africa

Flip Media South Africa was setup in 2007 and operates as a sales and marketing office servicing clients and agencies in South Africa and the African continent. 100% of the company is owned by Flip Holdings, the office is located in Cape Town and currently employs one business development manager. Over time, Flip Media South Africa will be developed as creative hub in addition to the other creative centers of the group company.

Flip Media UK was setup in July 2007 as a representative office of Flip Media FZ-LLC (Dubai). The role of the London office is to generate new business leads from one of the worlds leading markets in digital communications where adspend on digital media exceeded $4B in 2006, according to figures recently released by PriceWaterhouseCooper. The business model being adopted in the UK is that of an outsourcing agency with all the work being carried out in Flip Holdings’ offices located in India (Mumbai and Trivandrum) and Dubai. The representative office is managed by ex-MindShare MENA Regional Director, David Sheridan and located in Battersea , London.

Flip Media Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2002 in Bombay and has recently opened a second office in Trivandrum, South of India. The company is fully owned by Flip Holding Ltd. and currently staffs over 35 employees. Flip Media Pvt. Ltd. services Flip Media FZ-LLC and Neo Digital FZ-LLC in Dubai and provides creative and technology services to its sister companies.

The company has acquired the intellectual properties of the market leading online advertising and tracking platform “Brand Central” and licenses it to digital media agencies such as Neo Digital FZ-LLC and others.

Navi Apps Ltd, originally Chameleon Software Ltd formed in 2006 and is a registered limited liability company with its office in the British Virgin Islands and fully owned by Flip Holding Ltd. The company has acquired the intellectual properties of the market leading content management and e-Commerce platform “Navisite” and licenses it to online production agencies such as Flip Media FZ-LLC and others.
